Payment Options

Insurance Options
We accept most major PPO dental insurances. All co-payments are due at the time treatment is completed. As a courtesy, we do our best to know your dental plan benefits and give you accurate estimates before any treatment has begun. However, any quote given in the office is an ESTIMATE only. You are responsible for any difference that may occur between the estimate given and the amount your insurance pays. We encourage you to be aware of you benefits, maximum used, and any changes that may take place in your coverage.
